1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of adullam.app, the Adullam mobile app, and the Adullam Dashboard. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Adullam for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2. Accounts and community care
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Treat others with dignity and do not use Adullam to harass, exploit, impersonate, defraud, distribute unlawful content, compromise security, or interfere with the service.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Adullam a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it, especially personal prayer needs, recordings, copyrighted material, and information about other people.
4. Adullam Supporter subscriptions
Core Scripture, prayer, group, and invitation features remain available without an Adullam Supporter membership. If you subscribe in the mobile app, your Apple App Store or Google Play account is charged at confirmation. The displayed price and billing period are the terms offered by your store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through your store account settings. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store’s rules. Deleting your Adullam account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
5. Ministry and spiritual content
Adullam supports Christian formation and community but does not replace pastoral, medical, legal, financial, safeguarding, or emergency services. Leaders and organisations are responsible for their teaching, moderation, safeguarding practices, and decisions.
6. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party platforms for payments, media, communications, maps, analytics, and authentication. Their own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Adullam reliable, but the service may sometimes be unavailable or change as we improve it, protect users, or comply with law. We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Adullam at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, prevent abuse, address legal risk, or respond to a serious or repeated breach. Provisions that by nature should continue after termination remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Adullam is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or particular spiritual, organisational, or financial results. To the extent permitted by law, Adullam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without excluding consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Please contact support@adullam.app first so we can try to resolve any concern in good faith.
